Bringing artists and kiddos together

We're proud to create a space where artists local to the southwest and south who are QBIPOC and/or women can create fun coloring pages and crafts that highlight the beauty of our neighborhoods and traditions.  We hope you follow and support their work!

Coloring Pages/Hojas de colorear Gisela Guajardo

Gisela Guajardo (b.1998, Oak Cliff, TX) is a multidisciplinary artist living and working in Grand Prairie, Texas. Their work explores themes of gender, sexuality, intimacy, and identity. Inspired by the body and its boundaries, they create fluid and imperfect work, just like us. Influences of stick-and-poke tattoos and pencil drawings are present in their gritty yet soft digital portraits of gender-elusive subjects. Self-taught, the artist has been drawing for most of their life and is looking to explore something new, representing how having an identity with many labels can feel both paradoxical and liberating.
